This great dry white wine is very representative of the Domaine's style. Its taut, sometimes austere structure in cold vintages, its saline and pure length, the precision of its acidity and its minerality that evolves towards flint over time is a model of clarity for this grape variety. In warmer vintages, the charm of Les Pierrets, its sensual and vibrant minerality will turn to citrus flesh. For a young vintage, decanting for a few hours is recommended.

This wine will pair wonderfully with fish and seafood in its first 10 years of evolution (as well as Alsatian dishes). An assortment of goat cheese or a fruity Comté. After 10 years, it will enjoy being paired with a creamy poultry dish or coq au vin.
