This dry-style Gewurztraminer evokes spice and travel. It is vibrant, dense, and assertive. On the nose, yellow rose meets cardamom, coriander, ginger root blended with mango or lychee. The palate leans towards aromatic peppers, linked to the fruit's flesh and the spirit of a summer garden.

The idea is to have spring water infused with spices and flowers. The salinity carried by the structure of the old vines accompanies the body that blossoms after a few minutes of aeration.

Terroir

This cuvée is made from four plots located on alluvial and gravelly soils in the plain around the commune of Wintzenheim, and one plot in Wettolsheim.

Every other row is sown. Light tilling.
