This is a joyful and easy-going wine. It has supple tannins and a tender texture. This Pinot Noir takes me to the countryside among the fruit trees. On the nose, I find firm and juicy black cherry. A sensual and delightful aroma. In the mouth, I feel the flesh around the pit and the wind blowing through the branches of the tree. It's a vibrant Pinot Noir that heralds the arrival of sunny days.

Winemaking
Harvesting is 100% manual.
Depending on the vintage, the grapes may be whole and foot-trodden or partially destemmed. Maceration of the berries and juice takes place in stainless steel tanks with a floating cap. At the start, we perform one to two punch-downs per day.
At the end of fermentation, the skins are gently pressed and blended with the free-run juice. Aging and malolactic fermentation take place in a small century-old foudre. This intimate cuvée will be bottled in April, with very little added sulfur and light filtration.
